Basement Design and Framing
Installation of sub-floor underlayment and framing of non-structural walls in residential basement. Delivery of subfloor material was successfully made under tight time constraints and installed prior to wall framing. Interior layout was designed to accommodate existing footprint constraints and maximize functional space. Approximately 80% of the framing material was recycled from other areas of the building, resulting in significant cost savings and reduced environmental impact.
