  • Custom hardware firewall/router running pfSense, based on FreeBSD. Utilized for DNS adblocking, bandwidth monitoring, VLANS, and remote access VPN.

  • 10 Gb switch

  • Patch panel

  • 1 Gb switch

  • Custom hardware storage server running TrueNAS, based on FreeBSD containing 36.5 TB of raw storage capacity in a 2x RAID-Z2 x6 configuration. Utilized as centralized storage for workstations and primary storage of simulation data. Backups are pushed to off-site cloud storage nightly.

  • Custom hardware workstation with two 8 core processors and 64 GB of RAM, primarily used for running numerical simulations in OpenFOAM

  • Uninterruptable power supply
