Leaking Window Repair
Damaged window caulking allowed water infiltration and damaged drywall in the stairwell of a residential home. After addressing the root cause of the water entry (damaged exterior caulking), the wall was opened and allowed to fully dry before adding improved insulation and vapour barrier. The drywall was then patched, the interior window sill repaired, and everything was painted.
