Water Heater Refurbishment
Low hot water flow rate led to the discovery of an almost completely corroded outlet from electric water heater. Inspection revealed significant scale deposits inside the tank, burying the bottom heating element. The dip tube on the cold water inlet had deteriorated. The scale was removed, heater elements and dip tube were replaced resulting in higher performance and lower energy cost for minimal expenditure.
